Scent Anchoring: Confidence Class

In this online class, you will be guided to identify blockages to confidence.  Together we will use imagery to build confidence based on personal experiences.  Your facilitator will guide you in the development of proven mindfulness and meditative techniques to help you access and build more confidence.  We will use natural perfumes to anchor the experience.  Cost of the pre-recorded class includes 4 sampler perfume packages, and shipping.  Unlimited access to the recorded class materials will be provided for one month.

About your facilitator: 

Katherine Clancy is a National Association of Holistic Aromatherapy (NAHA) Certified Professional Aromatherapist, trained perfumer, and environmental scientist.  She has been teaching yoga and meditation since 2009.  Her business, Meet the Herb Halfway, specializes in natural solid perfumes.  Katherine Clancy combines modern extraction with ancient infusion techniques to achieve beautiful 100% natural botanical fragrances that are layered, and complex. She has been blending for many years and recently won an international award: Best Botanical Perfumer 2022 (LUX Beauty and Wellness Awards).  Her favorite way to honor the botanicals found in her perfumes is by developing guided meditations associated with their fragrance, aroma, and subtle energy.
